2021 Sunhoney
Orange Blend

We collected Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Viognier from 4 organic Santa Barbara County vineyards and fermented it on skins for 2 weeks. Once dry we pressed and barreled to neutral Hungarian oak. The result is a spectacular natural wine. An orange blend With amber honey colored cloudiness, scents of chamomile, white tea and gardenia and flavors of nectarines, coconut, lemon zest, fennel and orange pez. Light tannins finish this wine like pollen dust.
Sunhoney will pair nicely with summer grilled veggies, jerk chicken, fish tacos and falafel.
Through our partnership with 1% for the planet a portion of the sales of Sunhoney will be donated to the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation. Check them out at xerces.org
