2021 Möst Sparkling Rosé Cider 2x500ml pack

Our new cider is in 500ml bottles and needs a buddy so we offer it in a 2 pack.  

We started planting apple trees around the vineyard in 2018 using heirloom cider varietals with names like Black Twig, Ashmeads Kernel, Spitzenburg and Northern Spy. Today we've got about 15 different apple varieties growing on the farm and even some pear trees. 2020 was our first small apple harvest and we created a blend of estate apples with an organic practicing orchard in Paso Robles. We pressed about a ton of apples with Syrah skins creating this ruby color cider. 

100% apples pressed over Syrah skins with a tad bit of Grüner juice added to re-ferment and produce fizz. 8.5% ALC, unfiltered, no sulfites added. The result is an incredibly delicious bubbly and totally dry cider. It's a perfect porch pounder!
