2019 Estate Syrah

With Biodynamic and Organic farming, our goal with the Full Moon Syrah is to create a cool climate expression of this region's iconic varietal.  Our estate Syrah is from the "Old Block" of our vineyard we call "deLanda", a combination of our first and last names. Most of these vines are over 40 years old. 

These old vines create a Syrah with soft tannins and bright fruit with aromas of black pepper, roasted cranberries and sage.  It's perfect with Santa Maria style tri-tip, grilled chicken, mushroom stroganoff, pasta bolognese or soft creamy and funky cheeses.
