We typicaly ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your wine arrives the same week the order was placed. Please alert us at the time of placing your order if you have a specific ship date. Business addresses are preferred, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. An adult signature (21 years and up) is required at time of delivery. Our carrier is UPS.
During inclement weather, we may hold the shipment until temperatures are improve for shipping wine, or choose to ship via temperature control truck with or without ice packs. There is an additional fee of up to $10 per ice pack used. The customer is responsible for shipping fees including shipping, re-routing of packages, and returns.
If any changes need to be made to the shipment, please notify us as soon as possible. If the changing shipment has already been fulfilled, the customer will be responsible for any redirect fees.
Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
